چکیده

The aim of this paper is to give an overview of some of the existing homology theories for commutative (S-)algebras. We do not claim any originality; nor do we pretend to give a complete account. But the results in that field are widely spread in the literature, so for someone who does not actually work in that subject, it can be difficult to trace all the relationships between the different homology theories. The theories we aim to compare are • topological André-Quillen homology • Gamma homology • stable homotopy of Γ-modules • stable homotopy of algebraic theories • the André-Quillen cohomology groups which arise as obstruction groups in the Goerss-Hopkins approach

Topological André-quillen Homology for Cellular Commutative S-algebras

Topological André-Quillen homology for commutative S-algebras was introduced by Basterra following work of Kriz, and has been intensively studied by several authors. In this paper we discuss it as a homology theory on CW commutative S-algebras and apply it to obtain results on minimal atomic p-local S-algebras which generalise those of Baker and May for p-local spectra and simply connected spac...

Notes on Topological André-quillen Homology for Cellular Commutative S-algebras

These notes contain a brief account of some basic results on topological André-Quillen homology and cohomology for CW commutative A-algebras, where A is a commutative S-algebra. The main goal is to develop arguments based on skeletal filtrations with a view to continuing the work begun in [7] by extending results of [1] to the case of CW commutative S-algebras; details will eventually appear in...

Semi-abelian categories, torsion theories and factorisation systems

Semi-abelian categories [5] provide a suitable axiomatic context to study, among other things, the (co)homology of non-abelian algebraic structures (such as groups, compact groups, crossed modules, commutative rings, and Lie algebras), torsion and radical theories, and commutator theory. In this talk a brief introduction to some elementary properties of these categories will be given, before fo...

Cohochschild and Cocyclic Homology of Chain Coalgebras

Generalizing work of Doi and of Farinati and Solotar, we define coHochschild and cocyclic homology theories for chain coalgebras over any commutative ring and prove their naturality with respect to morphisms of chain coalgebras up to strong homotopy. As a consequence we obtain that if the comultiplication of a chain coalgebra is itself a morphism of chain coalgebras up to strong homotopy, then ...

Module Amenability of module dual Banach algebras

In this paper we defined the concept of module amenability of Banach algebras and module connes amenability of module dual Banach algebras. Also we assert the concept of module Arens regularity that is different with [1] and investigate the relation between module amenability of Banach algebras and connes module amenability of module second dual Banach algebras. In the following we studythe...
